For any purchases made on the GreenZone Academy website (including webinars, merchandise, and applicable postage fees), all refunds will be issued in the form of store credit on our official website.

This store credit can be used for future purchases at greenzoneacademy.co.

Store credit is non-redeemable for cash and is subject to the prevailing terms and conditions.


Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing tickets to our health talk events. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms below.

1. All Sales Are Final

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns once a purchase is confirmed, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2. Event Cancellation

If the event is canceled by the organizer, you will be eligible for a full refund. Refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 7–14 working days.

3. Event Postponement

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the new date announcement.

4. No-Show or Change of Mind

No refunds will be provided for non-attendance or change of mind after ticket purchase.

5. Ticket Transfer

Tickets are transferable. If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to someone else. Please notify us at least 7 days before the event with the new attendee’s details.
