Shipping Policy

At Greenzone Academy, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our standard shipping options and timelines.

Standard Shipping
All orders are shipped via EasyParcel platform using our standard ground shipping service. Delivery typically takes 3-4 business days from the time your order is processed.

The cost for standard shipping is RM10.00 for orders that weight under 3kg, and increase accordingly based on the final weight of the orders.

Orders placed before 11.00 am on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 11.00 am or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: Singapore, Indonesia. Delivery times and shipping costs will vary based on location.

Please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or fees associated with international shipments.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped. You can email us at shop@greenzoneacademy.co to track the status of your delivery.
